Badminton Canada YONEX Junior Elite Series continues, next stop, the 2021 YONEX Alberta Junior Elite in Edmonton, Alberta from November 12-14, 2021. After a successful event in Quebec City, Quebec a few weeks ago, Badminton Canada looks to see how we can continue to execute safe events for all involved.

 

“Badminton Canada is very excited to return to Edmonton in November 2021 with the Yonex Alberta Junior Elite at the Derrick Golf and Winter Club.” stated Joe Morissette, Executive Director of Badminton Canada. “Our organization is  very grateful that the Club has invited our  event into thier facility as there was some doubt about our ability to host an event in Alberta this fall. “

 

“As part of our agreement with the Club, we are happy to comply with their vaccination requirements which require all participants to be fully vaccinated without exception.” Indicated Joe Morissette “This means that at the Alberta Junior Elite there will be no vaccinations exemptions  offered  for age, medical or religious reasons under any circumstances”.

 

Exemptions for age, religion or medical reasons will again be considered as per Badminton Canada Covid protocols at the Yonex Prairie Junior Elite #2 Winnipeg in December.
