Badminton Canada announces the athletes selected to the 2020-21 YONEX Junior National Team!
Badminton Canada is pleased to announce the 31 athletes selected to the YONEX Junior National Team to represent Canada for the 2020-21 season!

“Badminton Canada has seen some exceptional success domestically and internationally this past season from our athletes, and we are excited by the potential of the 2020-21 YONEX Junior National Team!” said Executive Director, Joe Morissette.
Being selected to play for Team Canada is an incredible honor that all these athletes have worked tremendously hard to achieve”, said Mike Butler, National Team Head Coach. “We are extremely proud of the commitment by the athletes on this year’s team, and feel this group of NextGen athletes represents a great future for Canada internationally”.
Among this team includes the athletes who will potentially represent Canada at the Olympic Games in future years, and Badminton Canada is here to support them on their pursuit of excellence. Although the 2020 edition of the Junior Pan Am Championships has unfortunately been canceled, Badminton Canada is committed to delivering benefits to our high-performance athletes this year.
