The BWF World Junior Championships are back!

11 Canadian athletes compete in the return of the 2022 BWF World Junior Championships.
After two long-awaited years, the BWF World Junior Championships are back and will take place from October 17, 2022, to October 30, 2022, in Santander, Spain.
This tournament consists of two events: a Team event followed by an Individual event. From Monday, October 17 to October 22, the tournament starts with a Team event where the best U19 players from each country compete in a best-of-five, head-to-head competition across all disciplines. After two days’ rest, the tournament will continue with the Individual event which will take place from October 24 to October 30, 2022, to determine the best U19 players in the world.
Badminton Canada is proud to announce the athletes and coaches representing Canada at this year’s BWF World Junior Championships being held at the Palacia De Deportes de Santander in Santander, Spain.
The 11 following athletes and coaches will be representing Team Canada at the BWF World Junior Championships:
